The Village Resort and Spa offers comfortable and private bungalows by the pool
Located in Karon Beach, a few miles away from the wild party chaos of Patong, the Village Resort and Spa is a comfortable resort where you will enjoy your very own private bungalow. You can either choose a bungalow in the hotel garden or one with a convenient pool access.
If we had to choose one reason why you should opt for the Village Resort and Spa, this would most surely be its magnificent swimming pool spreading all across the hotel. At the very center of the pool, you will even find a relaxing bar where you can enjoy a nice lunch or a refreshing beer while sitting in the actual swimming pool. A delight after long hours spent grilling on the beach under the hot and damp Thai weather.
The bungalow in itself is spacious and comfortable enough. You will find a dressing, a small living room and a spacious and luminous bathroom giving you the feeling to shower at the heart of the rain forest.
In addition, the Village Resort and Spa offers good quality treatments of all kinds, ranging from Thai massages to pedicures and manicures. While the treatments are rather expensive compared to the ones you can find outside of the complex (500 Thai Bahts for a 1 hour long Thai massage), the quality remains very correct.
Overall, we can only recommend the Village Resort and Spa in Karon for your holiday in Phuket or your stop over on the island before reaching more exotic destinations like Koh Phi Phi or Koh Lanta.
